Aici poți șterge imediat, fără să ne contactezi, un link de partajare creat de tine. Ștergerea este definitivă: conținutul criptat și fișierele media asociate sunt eliminate de pe server, iar linkul devine inaccesibil pentru oricine îl are.
Ai nevoie de ID-ul linkului (partea de după /c/, 12 caractere, de ex. k7m2p9qr4txw) și de tokenul de administrare (64 de caractere hexazecimale, afișat în aplicație la crearea linkului, în detaliile linkului din ecranul „Trimite”).
Here you can immediately delete a share link you created, without contacting us. Deletion is permanent: the encrypted content and its media files are removed from the server and the link stops working for everyone who has it.
You need the link id (the part after /c/, 12 characters, e.g. k7m2p9qr4txw) and the management token (64 hexadecimal characters, shown in the app when the link was created, in the link details on the “Send” screen).
În aplicație: Setări → „Șterge tot de pe server”. Această acțiune elimină imediat toate linkurile tale (inclusiv cele sigilate), sesiunile de sigilare și metadatele de cotă asociate instalării tale. Conversațiile salvate local pe telefon nu sunt afectate — pe acelea le ștergi din Bibliotecă.
Pentru acces, portabilitate sau orice altă cerere legată de date, scrie-ne la contact@npp.company. Deoarece nu avem conturi, este util să ne scrii din aplicație sau să ne dai ID-urile linkurilor în cauză — altfel nu te putem identifica (prin design, stocăm minimum posibil). In the app: Settings → “Delete everything on the server”. This immediately removes all your links (including sealed ones), your seal sessions and the quota metadata tied to your installation. Conversations saved locally on your phone are not affected — those you delete from the Library.
