Folosind aplicația ChatSeal sau acest site, accepți acești termeni. Dacă nu ești de acord cu ei, nu folosi serviciul.
ChatSeal deschide fișiere de export de chat create de tine (funcția „Export chat” din WhatsApp) și le transformă în conversații lizibile pe dispozitivul tău. Opțional, poți crea linkuri de partajare criptate cu durată limitată și poți „sigila” o conversație împreună cu celălalt participant. ChatSeal nu este afiliat cu WhatsApp LLC sau Meta Platforms, Inc.
Linkurile de partajare expiră după perioada aleasă la creare (1–30 de zile) și conținutul lor este șters definitiv. Oricine obține linkul complet (inclusiv cheia de după „#”) poate citi conținutul până la expirare — păstrează linkul cu grijă. Poți șterge un link oricând cu tokenul de administrare.
Un sigiliu atestă un singur fapt tehnic: cele două exporturi încărcate de cei doi participanți au fost identice la momentul comparării (mesaj cu mesaj, media prin hash SHA-256). Sigiliul nu garantează identitatea persoanelor, nu certifică conținutul în sens juridic și nu constituie o expertiză. Aprecierea valorii probatorii aparține exclusiv celor care o folosesc.
Plus (abonament lunar) și Boost (achiziție unică) se cumpără exclusiv prin Google Play sau Apple App Store, conform regulilor magazinelor (inclusiv anulare și rambursări). Prețurile sunt afișate înainte de cumpărare. Funcțiile gratuite (vizualizarea locală și trimiterea fișierului de export) rămân gratuite.
Orice link partajat poate fi raportat din pagina lui. Putem elimina, fără preaviz, linkurile raportate care încalcă acești termeni sau legea, și putem restricționa instalările care abuzează de serviciu.
Serviciul este furnizat „ca atare”. În limita maximă permisă de lege, nu garantăm disponibilitate neîntreruptă și nu răspundem pentru pierderi indirecte, pierderi de date cauzate de expirarea normală a linkurilor sau pentru modul în care terții folosesc conținutul partajat de tine. Nimic din acești termeni nu limitează drepturile tale legale de consumator.
Poți înceta oricând folosirea serviciului și poți șterge datele de pe server din aplicație (Setări → „Șterge tot de pe server”) sau de pe pagina GDPR.
Putem actualiza acești termeni; versiunea curentă este publicată aici cu data actualizării. Termenii sunt guvernați de legea română; competența aparține instanțelor din România, fără a afecta drepturile obligatorii ale consumatorilor din alte state UE.

Optionally, you can create encrypted, time-limited share links and “seal” a conversation together with its other participant. ChatSeal is not affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Share links expire after the period chosen at creation (1–30 days) and their content is permanently deleted. Anyone who obtains the complete link (including the key after “#”) can read the content until expiry — handle links with care. You can delete a link at any time with its management token.
A seal attests a single technical fact: the two exports uploaded by the two participants were identical at comparison time (message by message, media by SHA-256 hash). A seal does not guarantee anyone’s identity, does not legally certify content and is not an expert opinion. Assessing its evidentiary value is entirely up to those who rely on it.
Plus (monthly subscription) and Boost (one-time purchase) are sold exclusively through Google Play or the Apple App Store under the stores’ rules (including cancellation and refunds). Prices are shown before purchase. The free features (local viewing and sharing the export file) stay free.
Any shared link can be reported from its page. We may remove, without notice, reported links that violate these terms or the law, and may restrict installations that abuse the service.
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect losses, for data loss caused by the normal expiry of links, or for how third parties use content you shared. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your server-side data from the app (Settings → “Delete everything on the server”) or on the GDPR page.
We may update these terms; the current version is published here with its date. These terms are governed by Romanian law; the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in other EU states.
